HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORK WITH A PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER?

The number of scheduled visits will be based on your specific needs and goals, along with a trainer's recommendation.

How much will it cost?
  • 70.00/hr - In my home studio
  • 90.00/hr - In the privacy of your home
  • Work out with a friend or relative and split the total cost
  • 24hr cancellation policy is required otherwise you will be charged the scheduled session.
