scheduled visits will be based on your specific needs and goals, along with a trainer's recommendation.

much will it cost?
- 70.00/hr - In my home
studio
- 90.00/hr - In the privacy of your home
- Work out with a friend or relative and split the total cost
- 24hr cancellation policy is required otherwise you will be charged the scheduled
session.
